Abi is the Chief Executive Officer of INDOS Financial Limited.

Abi joined INDOS in 2019 and was initially responsible for client relationship management and compliance prior to being promoted to CEO in May 2023.

Prior to joining INDOS in 2019, Abi was a member of the senior management team at a London-based alternative investment manager, Stratton Street Capital, where she was responsible for compliance, legal and operations. At Stratton Street she also chaired the Risk Committee, implemented MiFID I/II and AIFMD, and managed all aspects of the investor due diligence process and service provider oversight.

Alan joined INDOS Financial in 2020 and held the position of CEO until May 2023. Alan is a Director of INDOS Financial Limited and is the firm’s Compliance Officer and MLRO.

Alan has over 15 years’ depositary experience and is a former Chair of the Depositary and Trustee Association (DATA). He is currently the chair of the DATA Affiliate Group for depositaries operating under AIFMD regulations.

Prior to joining INDOS, Alan was a Director of SS&C Depositary Services,  responsible for the growth and management of depositary services to SS&C’s fund administration clients.

Before SS&C, Alan spent 21 years at HSBC working in stockbroking, proprietary trading, risk management, asset management and latterly depositary services, where he was Head of Client Services for the Trustee & Depositary Services (TDS) division, covering both UCITS and Alternative Investment Funds.

Bill Prew is the Founder of INDOS Financial. Bill is a qualified accountant, with over 23 years’ financial services experience, starting his career in 1993 in the investment management division of Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC).

After 7 years with PwC in London and Sydney, working with a broad range of financial services clients, he helped to establish an email technology company, before returning to financial services and joining Barclays Global Investors in 2002. At BGI, Bill served as European Chief Financial Officer and then Head of Supplier Management, with responsibility for the management and oversight of BGI’s European outsourced supplier relationships, providing custody, fund accounting, transfer agency and client reporting services to over 2,000 accounts and $620bn of traditional long-only and alternative funds.

In December 2007, Bill joined Moore Capital Management to support the spin-out of the management of the $3.5bn Moore Credit Fund to James Caird Asset Management, a Hedge Fund manager with offices in London and New York. During his time at JCAM, he was responsible for a range of operational areas including finance, legal, compliance, product control, investment operations, fund accounting and technology.

On leaving JCAM in December 2012 to focus full time on AIFMD and the development of the INDOS business, he held the position of Chief Operating Officer. Bill is a recognised independent expert on AIFMD and funds oversight, has presented at many industry events and been published widely in the industry press.

Des Quigley is a non-executive director of a number of investment funds and financial services companies. He has held a number of senior positions with accountancy firms over the past 30 years, focussing on clients in the financial services sector, prior to retiring in 2010.

From 1995 to 2010, he was head of the Financial Services Group at Ernst & Young in Ireland, covering Asset Management, Banking and Insurance Business. His clients were mostly in Asset Management and he was a founding member (and past Chairman) of the E&Y Global Hedge Fund Committee.

Prior to this, from 1988 to 1994, Mr Quigley served two terms as Managing Partner of Ernst & Young in Ireland, during which time he was also a member of the Ernst & Young International Council.

Before that, he was appointed as a partner of Ernst & Whinney in Ireland in 1977. Mr Quigley is a chartered accountant and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland.

Padhraic joined INDOS in 2014 and is based in the firm’s Enniscorthy office.

He is CEO of INDOS Financial (Ireland) Depositary Limited, the group’s business regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland to provide depositary services to private equity, real estate and other alternative investment funds under Regulation 22(3)(b) of Ireland’s AIFM Regulations.

Prior to INDOS, Padhraic worked for Citi Hedge Fund Services, where most recently, he was Fund Accounting Manager with responsibility for managing onshore and offshore teams, client service contact and overall Fund Accounting Operations management.

During his career, Padhraic has gained over 20 years’ experience in fund accounting, transfer agency and depositary functions.

Micheal joined INDOS Financial in 2014 and is based in the firm’s Enniscorthy office.

Within his role as Associate Director, he is responsible for the firm’s non-EU hedge fund depositary activity outsourced by INDOS Financial in the UK to INDOS in Ireland.

Michael has over 17 years’ experience within the finance industry.

Prior to INDOS, he worked for International Fund Services (IFS), a division of State Street AIS, where he held the position of Senior Associate in their Hedge Fund administration department. He was involved in servicing one of their largest clients, with over 140 alternative investment funds under administration, across a wide range of fund structures.

Micheal started his career in 2004 with PFPC International in Wexford, which later became BNY Mellon Fund Services. He spent 9 years at BNY Mellon, working finally as a supervisor within the fund administration department, servicing both UCITS and alternative investment funds.

Emmet joined INDOS Financial, a JTC Group Company (INDOS), in 2016 and is responsible for the firm’s risk and governance, based in London.

Within his role as Director, he has operational oversight of INDOS Financial Ireland Limited and looks after the internal and external operational audits. Emmet also manages the internal system developments for DEPOcheck®, the firm’s proprietary depositary workflow management and oversight system.

Emmet is a member of AIMA’s Risk Management & Internal Audit working group, and was a contributor to its Industry Guide on Hybrid Working Polices and Practice

Emmet has 20 years’ financial services experience covering both fund accounting and investor services. He started his career in 2000 with Fortis Fund Services before moving to International Fund Services (IFS), a division of State Street. He then moved to Tranault Fund Services in 2004, which later became JP Morgan Hedge Fund Services. In 2010, Emmet worked for JP Morgan Australia in their Sydney office as a Compliance Analyst before joining Equinoxe Alternative Investment Solutions (Ireland) Ltd where he most recently held the position of Group Manager within Fund Accounting, prior to which he worked as Head of Operations for Investor Services in their Bermuda office.

Jon Masters is a Chartered Accountant, with over 30 years’ financial experience. He qualified with Touche Ross before joining James Capel in 1988, where he worked in operations before becoming Head of Treasury, helping to establish the HSBC Investment Bank.  In 1999, he moved to the Treasury Management team at Lehman Brothers, where he was responsible for Network management and Cash management.

In 2004, he joined the Executive office to focus on senior client relationship management, working under Xavier Rolet. The team focused on the firm’s top clients in the Asset Management sector, covering Hedge Funds and large Institutions. In 2008, Jon became COO at Northwood Capital, a Hedge Fund, and one of his clients, also specialising in compliance and risk management.

Following the closure of Northwood, he joined Sciens Group as Head of Compliance, before moving to INDOS in 2017.

Elaine joined INDOS in 2020 and has over 14 years’ experience in financial services.

She is the Head of Legal, Risk and Compliance for INDOS Financial (Ireland) Depositary Limited, the group’s business regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland to provide depositary services to private equity, real estate and other alternative investment funds under Regulation 22(3)(b) of Ireland’s AIFM Regulations.

Elaine joined INDOS from an investment firm, where she held the position of General Counsel and Head of Compliance.  Prior to this, Elaine worked for Willis Group for over eight years during which, she held several senior roles such as Senior In-House Counsel, Head of Compliance, Chief Risk Officer and Company Secretary.

Elaine is a practising Solicitor with the Law Society of Ireland. She is also a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales under the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

Elaine is a Committee member for the local Credit Union and sits on the Board of Management for her former secondary school. She volunteers as an assessor for the Good Governance Awards for the not-for-profit sector and has also been an active member of the judging panel for various career awards such as Early Irish Career Awards and the Global Women in Compliance Awards

Emily  joined INDOS in 2018 and heads up the INDOS Fareham office, an operational centre for private equity and real estate fund oversight.

Within her role as Senior Manager, she is responsible for the management and oversight of a portfolio of clients which cover a wide range of asset classes including property, fine art, infrastructure, debt and private equity.

Emily is a qualified chartered accountant with over 9 years’ experience in the financial services industry.

Prior to joining INDOS, Emily worked for Anson Administration (now part of the JTC Group) as Finance Manager, servicing real estate, hedge funds, aircraft leasing debt and private equity funds. Emily then took on the role of Chief Financial Officer while working for a start-up venture. In addition, Emily was also part of an Audit Committee where she acted as an Adviser for a UK listed fund in the alternatives sector.

Mark Drennan is a Senior Manager in the INDOS Ireland office. Mark has over 11 years’ experience in Fund Administration and Investor Services. Mark joined INDOS from Apex Fund Services where most recently he was Fund Accounting & Investor Services Manager with responsibility for managing a large number of client accounts with both Cayman and Irish domiciled funds.

Mark started his career with Bisys Hedge Fund Services in June 2007 which later became Citibank Europe plc, working on hedge funds in a valuation role. During his career Mark has gained extensive experience in all aspects of fund accounting and transfer agency functions.

Mark holds a BA in Financial Services from Waterford Institute of Technology.

Siobhán Murphy is a Senior Manager in the INDOS Ireland office. Siobhán has over 12 years’ experience in financial services industry.  Siobhán joined INDOS from State Street where she held the position of senior associate in the financial reporting department.

Prior to joining State Street, Siobhán spent 8 years with Citibank Europe plc and Deutsche Bank in various fund accounting  roles servicing a range of alternative investment funds.

Siobhán holds a Bachelor of Business studies Degree (Accounting & Finance) from Sligo Institute of Technology.
